March meeting when we concentrated on drawing negative space.
At the first January meeting, Martin encouraged us to to do a tonal drawing rather than linear; so no lines, just shading. Some of us more successful than others but all found it very satisfying.
At the first February meeting the theme was lines. We have a range of ability and some of us really struggled. It was helpful to see how other produced such beautiful work.
