MAKING A BOOKING

• Go to website      www.themerse.com
• On top menu, click: Venue and Bookings
• Click: Make a booking enquiry
• Click: Click here to check the availability calendar and make an online booking
• Select a month. All current bookings are shown. Find a day with availability and click on new booking.
• A form comes up. Fill in your details. Make it a one off booking or a repeat, eg. monthly
• If you create a hirer login it will make future bookings easier and more easy for you to change or cancel.
• When you make your booking you will get an acknowledgement and later a confirmation.
